I like to combine colorful background and these faces

Möhrenmuffins

Meine Schwiegermutter hat sich Möhrenkuchen gewünscht.
Heute hat sie Geburtstag und ich habe ein paar Möhrenmuffins für sie gebacken.

hier das Rezept zum Nachmachen:

100g fein geriebene Möhren
100g gemahlene Mandeln
100g Zucker
100g Dinkelmehl
125g weiche Butter
2 Tütchen Vanillinzucker
1/2 Päckchen Backpulver
2 Eier
50g gehackte Mandeln

Marzipan für die Möhrchen
Lebensmittelfarbe
Kuvertüre

Butter und Zucker schaumig rühren und die Eier zugeben.
Mehl und Backpulver zugeben und alles gut verrühren.
Mandeln und Möhren unterheben.

In Muffinförmchen füllen und 25 min bei 125Grad backen.
